The Projects...

Currently, Ministro Humanitarian Foundation (MHF) and Ministro Humanitarian Association (MHA) are financing and managing three major projects:

1 - “Mission Possible” Jail Outreaches (MPJO)

Since 2003, we have been providing free medical, dental and pharmaceutical services in two federal jails (Benguet province) and in one city jail (Baguio). These outreach clinics are conducted once every 6 months with the assistance of professional, student and citizen volunteers recruited from local medical organizations, colleges, and non-profit organizations.. MPJO helps an average of 800 people during each 6-month period.

2 - Irisan Medical Emergency Clinic (IMEC)

We operate a free emergency trauma clinic in Baguio City’s Irisan community, by Naguilian Highway. It officially opened November 7th, 2006. The clinic is operated by local volunteer EMS personnel and other medical professionals from 5:00PM to 8:00AM seven days a week. IMEC is equipped with basic emergency medical supplies and an ambulance. This project operates as a partnership between Baguio City’s EMS department, Irisan community and MHA Philippines.

3 - Community Outreaches

Our ministry has done a high volume of community medical outreaches and has assisted thousands of people since 2001. We are focusing on poverty stricken areas with no available medical services. The "mobile clinic" powered by local medical professionals, offers free medical checkups, dental care, consultations, health education and medicines for the community. Numerous times we have joined with local organizations like Metro Baguio Rotary Club, Baguio city Police Association, Baguio city Dental Association., Baguio city EMS and Medical Colleges. We also offer these same services on a regular basis at our Irisan location Emergency Medical Clinic Baguio city.
