Ministro Humanitarian Foundation (MHF) - Canada

Prime functions:

• Oversee all organizational operations and spending of MHF and our Philippine branch organization Ministro Humanitarian Association (MHA).
• Provide funds for MHF/MHA operations.
• Permanent clinics to be funded 100% the first year, 50% the second year, 25% the third year and 0% the fourth year onward, with locally sourced funding making up the cost difference.
• Partner with our Philippine branch organization to expand the vision and create solid strategic plans.

• John Toth – Founder/Executive Director (non voting board member)

As a result of rapid growth and successful developments with our projects, we have extended our board and are proud to announce that two more board members have joined us, Rose Robinson and Beverly Ang, both of whom have much to offer our ministry. We are also getting lots of help from Tess Luna, offering her bookkeeping and administrative knowledge. John Toth (founder), resigned as board director and took the position as Executive Director.
